West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray, Florida is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our facility full time. The position offers a pay rate of $26 - $29 per hour depending on experience and provides opportunities to support employee engagement and workforce programs.

The HR coordinator will manage payroll changes, recruitment, I-9 documentation, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with Department of Health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment.
• Empeon experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Champion employee engagement by developing morale programs, managing discipline, and handling payroll changes, terminations, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health guidelines.
• Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to fill open roles.
• Oversee I-9 documentation, workers' compensation, disability claims, and FMLA administration.
