Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with the HR Manager and site leaders at Yankee Stadium. You will support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The role requires strong HRIS experience (Workday/UKG), exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities including evenings and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or comparable HR certification preferred.
  • Three to five years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within hospitality or high-volume environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ABI or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with leaders to ensure HR strategies, policies, and best practices are implemented.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staffing initiatives.
  • Assist with safety-related responsibilities, including workers' compensation and OSHA log maintenance.
  • Lead or support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

Sounds like a winning formula for you. **Join us!****The Role**The Human Resources Generalist partners with the Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and operational leaders to support strategic and day-to-day human resources initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational excellence.**Essential Functions*** Develop and maintain strong partnerships with leaders to ensure HR strategies, policies, and best practices are effectively implemented.* Develop a strong understanding of venue operations to provide effective HR partnership and business support.* Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees (union and non-union) on employee relations matters, including performance management, progressive discipline, career development, workplace concerns, company policies, and employment and labor laws.* Proactively anticipate and resolve employee and labor relations issues, including conflict resolution.* Partner with the Director of Human Resources to conduct workplace investigations and prepare supporting documentation.* Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives to strengthen organizational bench strength.* Participate in the development and continuous improvement of departmental goals, objectives, and processes.* Assist with full-cycle recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staffing initiatives.* Support staffing efforts during both event and non-event days as needed.* Manage various safety-related responsibilities, including workers' compensation administration, OSHA log maintenance, and safety board updates.* Lead or support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with enthusiasm, professionalism, and sound judgment.
