Job summary

Austin Allen Inc is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for our Spokane, WA facility. This on-site, direct-hire role supports payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment to strengthen workplace culture and compliance.

You will help staff recruitment, onboarding, and staff development while administering HR policies and benefits with confidentiality. Prior HR exposure and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required.
• At least 1 year HR experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Experience with ADP or KRONOS is a plus.
