Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and serve as the main contact for employee relations and hiring trends within the All Native Shared Services subsidiary.

The role blends high-level sourcing with generalist duties to support business objectives across federal contracting staffing. The position requires 3–7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with preference for federal contracting recruitment, and a BA/BS.

• 2+ years of experience with federal contracting recruitment preferred.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting with hiring managers to define search strategies for federal contracting staffing.
• Act as a consultant to partners and employees to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Proactively recruit passive candidates and build ongoing pipelines through events and diverse sourcing channels.
• Lead candidate screening methodologies and closing techniques through the offer process.
• Regularly update recruiting systems and ATS to ensure accurate data for analysis and tracking.
• Lead scoping discussions to kick off searches and deploy countermeasures to keep projects moving.

Summary

The Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process while serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations and hiring trends within the All Native Shared Services subsidiary. This role blends high-level sourcing and talent acquisition strategies with generalist duties to support business objectives across specific industry sectors.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

Essential Functions

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Executes full-cycle recruiting tasks, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define unique search strategies for our federla contracting staffing initiatives.


• Employee Relations: Acts as a consultant and advisor to partners and employees within assigned subsidiaries to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment.


• Pipeline Development: Proactively recruits passive candidates and develops ongoing pipelines through industry events, conferences, and diverse sourcing channels.


• Candidate Management: Leads candidate screening methodologies and utilizes closing techniques to guide partners and candidates through the offer and acceptance process.


• Reporting & Analytics: Regularly updates recruiting systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data for business analysis and project tracking.


• Strategy & Collaboration: Leads "scoping discussions" to kick off searches and deploy countermeasures when necessary to keep projects moving toward timely completion.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office 365 tools and contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Stress Management: High level of poise and professionalism when handling complex employee relations or high-volume hiring.

Supervisory Responsibility

None required for this position.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evening and weekend hours required as needed by the business.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day.

Experience And Education
