Rheem North America in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist II to support a broad range of HR functions in a hybrid model. The role partners with leaders to deliver services that promote a positive workplace culture and align with organizational goals.

The Human Resources Generalist II supports Rheem North America by implementing, administering, and overseeing human resources programs, policies, and initiatives. Provides day-to-day HR support across a broad range of functions, including compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, training and development, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity (AA/EEO) compliance. Partners with leaders and employees to deliver effective HR services that support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
