Valley Health System in Paramus, NJ, seeks an HR Administrative Assistant to serve as the first contact for incoming employees, applicants, and visitors. You will coordinate recruitment activities supporting onboarding for staff hires across the health system.

The role requires a High School diploma (Associate’s degree preferred) and at least 1 year of office/administrative experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of office type support/administrative experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing).
