CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to support benefits administration, HRIS operations, onboarding, and employee relations. This role emphasizes building relationships across the organization while aligning with corporate goals in a remote-friendly setting.
You will manage benefits programs, assist with compliance, and support open enrollment, leaves, and performance-related activities to drive employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The Human Resource Generalist performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: benefits administration, HRIS operations, training, leaves of absence, onboarding, position changes, employee relations, and satisfaction surveys. This role requires a perceptive, detail-oriented individual who can build relationships across all organizational levels while balancing corporate needs, employee satisfaction, and departmental goals.
