The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of HR experience, payroll processing knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Serve as point of contact for employee relations, including performance management and corrective action processes.
• Assist with administration of quarterly performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and leave administration.
• Support benefits enrollment and employee communications.
• Maintain HRIS systems and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and assist with internal communications and document preparation.
• Maintain organized filing systems and retention practices.
