Job summary

Big Geyser, Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, refill refrigerators, and build displays for our beverage portfolio. You will ensure premium shelf space and strong point-of-sale presence across Nassau or Suffolk County routes.

Responsibilities include following merchandising guidelines, communicating with store and sales teams, and maintaining a neat, professional appearance in company uniforms. Weekend availability is required with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food & beverage, or retail is a plus.
• High-energy team player who is self-motivated and hardworking.
• Works well independently as part of a larger team.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Pack out Big Geyser products to shelves, fill and reset refrigerators, build displays, and use point of sale to attract customers and boost sales.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and training directives daily.
• Communicate effectively with store management, Big Geyser’s management, and sales representatives.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in company-supplied uniforms.

The merchandiser will be also responsible for securing, maintaining, and expanding premium shelf space and displays as well as keeping an open line of communication with their sales representatives.Work Hours and Location:Work schedules may vary week to week based on business needs. Candidates must have weekend availability as a part of their regular schedule, as occasional weekend shifts are an essential aspect of this position.
