Job summary

Chadwell Supply in Tampa is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions, partnering with the VP of Human Resources and cross-functional teams to reinforce company values. Responsibilities include job descriptions, compliance, onboarding, payroll support, benefits, and employee relations.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days at home, 3 days in the office) after 90 days, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field required.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions across the organization with the VP of HR.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Employee Relations, Compliance, Benefits, and Performance Management.
• Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees to reinforce company values and consistent HR practices.
• Partner with department leaders to document job responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications for roles.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions reflecting duties, expectations, and requirements.
• Review job descriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support market analysis, postings, and organizational design with Compensation and Talent Acquisition.
• Provide guidance on HR compliance, policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Support Payroll, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Compensation as needed.
• Collaborate on employee development initiatives and L&D training planning.
• Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Conduct regular reviews of job descriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the Compensation Manager and Talent Acquisition to support market analysis, postings, and organizational design
• Provide guidance on HR compliance, policies, regulations, and procedures to align with standards and values
• Support Payroll, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed
• Partner with managers to support employee development initiatives and training planning with Learning and Development
• Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 2–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
