The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for most human resources functions. These may include internal and external recruitment, pre-employment processes, maintenance of employee files, employee recognition, and data entering employee changes into our HRIS, updating position and evaluation grid, employment verification, worker’s compensation, leave of absences (general, education, medical, FMLA, Military, administrative leaves), new employee orientation, benefits (administration locally/reports), employee training, employee relations job descriptions/evaluations, disciplinary database, employee training, and unemployment compensation.
High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED. Bachelor's preferred. Minimum three (3) years HR Coordinator or HR Generalist REQUIRED. HR Healthcare strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), HRIS and ATS systems required. iCIMS, Lawson, Workday preferred.
