  • Proven time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional judgment and common sense, with the ability to make sound decisions and develop employee‑centric solutions
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Results‑oriented approach with a track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced environment
  • Process improvement and data analytical skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Administer human resources plans and procedures for company personnel, including assisting with the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Create onboarding materials, coordinate pre‑employment screenings, and support orientation activities.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, conduct stay interviews, and help promote a culture of inclusion.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to communicate HR policies and procedures clearly and concisely for a customer‑driven environment.
  • Assist recruitment efforts by managing job postings, reviewing applications and resumes, and coordinating interview processes with hiring managers.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and recommended best practices, including reviewing policies and practices to support ongoing compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Assist leaders and managers with performance management initiatives, retention strategies, and employee development.
  • Stay current on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
