This role focuses on onboarding new employees, administering benefits, and maintaining thorough employee records in a collaborative workplace. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, alongside 3 to 5 years of HR experience. Responsibilities

• Conducts onboarding and educates newly hired employees on HR policies.
• Administers benefit enrollments and maintains employee records.
• Assists with employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
• Oversees payroll data entry and maintenance of employee records.
• Assists with the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Participates in the interview process.
• Administers FMLA, Short Term Disability and other leave programs, ensuring accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assists with employee relations matters, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Conducts exit interviews and recommends corrective action if necessary.

Job Description

Main Duties

• Conducts onboarding and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Ensures documentation is complete.
• Administers benefit enrollments and changes. Supports annual open enrollment and review invoices.
• Maintains physical and digital files for employees.
• Oversees payroll data entry and maintenance of employee records.
• Assists with the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Participates in the interview process.
• Administers FMLA, Short Term Disability and other leave programs, ensuring accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assists with employee relations matters, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Conducts exit interviews and recommends corrective action if necessary.
