LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Beaverton-based organization to recruit an experienced HR Generalist to own day-to-day payroll, support benefits administration, and address employee needs. This on-site role includes one remote day per week and some travel.

In this hands-on position, you will collaborate with HR and Finance, maintain payroll accuracy across multiple states, assist with benefits enrollment, and contribute to HR initiatives that support growth and employee

Qualifications

• Strong multi-state payroll experience.
• Benefits administration experience strongly preferred.
• Experience within a growing or evolving organization is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and related compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel periodically based on business needs.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Beaverton, OR to identify an experienced HR Generalist to join its HR team. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who will take ownership of day-to-day payroll while also supporting benefits administration, employee needs, and broader HR initiatives. This individual will partner closely with HR and Finance and serve as a key resource for employees across the organization.

This position will be on-site in Beaverton, OR, with one day of remote flexibility per week and will require some travel. The anticipated salary range is $70,000–$80,000 annually.
