Oxford Hills School District is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll, benefits and general HR administration. A candidate with an associate's degree or experience in payroll, HR or related field will be considered.

Knowledge of the Maine State Retirement System, Family Medical Leave and Workers' Compensation is preferred, and strong computer skills along with basic math ability are helpful for daily tasks.

Job description

MSAD #17 (Oxford Hills School District) is looking for an excellent candidate for their HR Generalist position. Candidates with an associate's degree or experience in payroll, HR or related field will be considered. Knowledge and experience with the Maine State Retirement System, Family Medical Leave and Workers' Compensation is also preferred.

Terms of Employment

Year-Round 260 day position; position is under the Oxford Hills Educational Association Central Office Staff Agreement which can be viewed on the MSAD 17 website under Staff>Contracts.

MSAD #17 offers a robust employee benefits package for full-time employees, including: health insurance with 80% of the premium paid by the employer (with up to 100% if both spouses work in the district); dental, vision, Group Life Insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; 403(b) retirement plan eligibility; 15 paid sick days per year and paid holidays.
