The HR Generalist collaborates with the team to support the HR function of our multistate specialty telecommunications/construction business. Among other responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, leaves of absence, personnel records and files, compliance, employee relations, HRIS maintenance & reporting and other general HR functions or initiatives. The salary range for this role is between $70,000.00 - $75,000.00, commensurate on relevant education, experience, and other job related factors.
