Job summary

GoodLife Innovations in Lenexa, KS is seeking an HR Generalist to join our on-site team. You will provide administrative and HR support, answer staff questions, and help manage HR processes, including enrollments and background checks.

You’ll also train new hires on HR topics and support HR management training. The role requires an associate degree, at least one year of administrative experience (HR experience preferred), strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work on-site.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree minimally required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience; prior HR experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on site and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a personable, professional, and caring individual to join our growing Human Resources team as an HR Generalist!
As the HR Generalist, you will provide administrative and on-site support to our Johnson County office. You will build relationships with staff and assist with HR-related questions, as well as manage several assigned HR processes. You will also teach the HR portions of new hire training and provide HR management training.
