Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an HR Generalist in Colorado to join our collaborative HR team and support full-cycle recruitment across assigned departments. You will craft job descriptions, set hiring criteria, coordinate interviews, and assist in salary negotiations and onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule with three office days per week and remaining time remote, enabling flexibility while maintaining team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong commitment to internal and external customer service.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in problem diagnosis and solution implementation.
  • Aptitude for utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, strong work ethic, and dedication to excellence.
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process enhancement.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with internet sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, and experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar job boards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Willingness to travel (less than 10%) and occasionally work overtime.

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 office days per week and the remainder remote/virtual.
