Indiana University in Bloomington seeks an HR Generalist to counsel academic and staff employees on policies, processes, and employment laws. The role supports onboarding, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, TAM/PeopleSoft postings, and HR policy communications within a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (HR preferred), strong communication and collaboration skills, and some HR experience.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule (mix between remote and in-person work), subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
$54,000.00 - 57,000.00 annually
