Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions LLC is actively seeking a Human Resources Generalist to oversee full-cycle recruitment, employee records, performance management support, and HR policy guidance. This role emphasizes confidentiality, legal compliance, and fostering an inclusive culture aligned with our sustainability mission.

Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with at least three years of HR experience, preferably in renewable energy or a related sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in renewable energy or related sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Solar Energy Solutions provides a good-faith compensation range for each position in accordance with Virginia law. Pay is based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.

• Hourly Positions: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
• Salaried Positions: $45,000 - $175,000 annually
