Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Human Resources Director serves as the strategic HR leader for 100+ branch locations across the Southwest region. This role partners closely with regional and local leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, ensure compliance with employment laws, and cultivate a high‑performance, people‑centric culture. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of HR operations within the region, including talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, leadership coaching, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead the regional HR strategy in support of workforce planning, talent development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Use HR metrics, analytics, and insights to drive data‑informed decision‑making and improve regional performance.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Oversee complex employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws across all Southwest states in the region.
