Job description

The HR Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the Singapore HR team while building and managing HR teams across international subsidiaries. This role ensures HR strategies are aligned with business objectives to support the company’s global expansion.

The HR Director will develop and implement HR frameworks, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and organizational development. As a key business partner, they will collaborate closely with leadership teams to diagnose organizational challenges, drive talent initiatives, and enhance management efficiency. Additionally, this role will play a crucial part in shaping and embedding a high-performance, agile, and innovative company culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and lead HR teams across global subsidiaries, developing and implementing HR policies, including compensation structures, incentive programs, and performance management systems.
  • Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent, enhancing the company's overall talent density.
  • Drive organizational development and talent strategy by diagnosing structural challenges and implementing solutions to improve management efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company objectives, conduct organizational assessments, and ensure effective execution.
  • Cultivate a dynamic, agile, and high performance company culture through strategic initiatives that reinforce corporate values and employee engagement.

Job Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience managing HR in a global capacity.
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to drive change and process optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, resilience, and a results-driven approach to continuous improvement.
  • Analytical and logical thinker with strong data analysis skills and a willingness to learn in unfamiliar domains.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in the internet, gaming, or high-tech industries is preferred.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and open-minded approach to problem-solving.
