This is a key role responsible for overseeing all HR operations, supporting staff and leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture within our skilled nursing facility.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
Partner with department leaders to coordinate employee evaluations and performance management initiatives
Interpret and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Serve as a liaison between employees, union representatives, and management to promote effective communication and resolution
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and workplace culture
Oversee onboarding and training processes, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Manage unemployment claims, conduct internal investigations, and provide recommendations to leadership
Support managers with hiring, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies
2-3 years of Human Resources experience; healthcare or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and labor practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Experience with recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives
