Job summary

Everent Health in Kentucky is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the employee experience and advise operational leaders. This role shapes culture, strengthens leadership capability, improves retention, and supports workforce planning in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As a strategic partner and hands-on leader, you will guide workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, compliance with employment laws, and safety programs for a roughly 600-person clinical workforce.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR leadership experience in healthcare or similar regulated fields.
• Strong employee relations and investigation expertise.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Commitment to building exceptional employee experiences.
• Healthcare, home health, hospice, or clinical workforce experience strongly preferred.
