Medline Industries, LP is seeking candidates for its HR Development Program (HRDP), a 32-month rotational path across multiple HR disciplines to develop broad HR capability and leadership skills.

Throughout four eight-month rotations, you will partner with senior HR leaders, diagnose organizational needs, and deliver impactful HR programs while advancing your career within a growing global organization.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Senior standing with a 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four eight-month HR rotations across functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HRBP, Belonging).
• Collaborate with HR leaders to diagnose needs and deliver solutions while building leadership abilities.

Participants will partner with various leaders and groups within the HR department to support the delivery of HR programs and services while developing foundational and strategic HR skills.Job DescriptionRole Description:Through four rotations, each lasting eight months, you will be immersed in various HR functions – with opportunities to be a part of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging – you will have the opportunity to discover which HR function aligns with your career aspirations while providing real value to the organization.During each rotation you will be provided with the opportunity to engage in strategic collaboration, diagnose needs and provide solutions, and build connections across the organization all while developing your leadership abilities through coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders. Roles and responsibilities will vary depending on the rotation.As part of the HRDP you will have an accelerated career path with rapid growth experiences. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
