HR data systems are the bedrock every decision and business process in HR is based on and their integrity is essential. We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in the systems they manage and actively looks to innovate new ways to support our customers.
This position is also the HR reporting expert and supports many vital business processes by; regularly providing key reports to facilitate accurate decision making and timely responses to ongoing issues.
We put a lot of work into hiring amazing talent at WSDA and our onboarding process is where we put our best foot forward to welcome our new employees and facilitate their success. This position oversees the HR side of this process and collaborates with IT, Payroll, and division partners to continuously improve this experience for new employees.
Finally, and maybe most importantly, our ideal candidate is a positive culture-shaping leader who prioritizes investing in their direct reports and creating a workplace culture that people want to be a part of. Two employees report to this position: an HR Processor and an HR Onboarding Specialist. These positions are often entry points into the field of Human Resources and our ideal candidate loves helping people both succeed in their current role as well as equipping them for whenever they are ready to take the next step.
This position is based out of the Natural Resources Building in Olympia, WA. WSDA embraces modern work environments and processes, and this position is eligible for flexible work hours and telework. To best lead a team that works primarily in-person, this position is expected to work at least 60% of its time in the office.
WSDA is recruiting for a full-time permanent Human Resource Consultant 4 position within the Directors OfficeDivision. This position is located in Olympia, Washington and is non-represented.
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the preferred candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical starting salary for this position is:$72,924 - $95,652 annually.Include but are not limited to:Required qualifications:
