Human Resources Coordinator - Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City (Finance)

Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City is looking to welcome a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team!

Our hotel features 269 guest rooms and is located less than two miles from Reagan National Airport. The Pentagon Metro station is within two blocks, and the Pentagon is less than a mile away. Our team reports to the Complex Director of Human Resources.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of hospitality experience, a passion for a career in Human Resources, and strong administrative skills. Prior HR experience is a plus!

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (9AM-5:30PM)

Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to HR managers, including word processing, data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Greeting and assisting employees, managers, and candidates, providing accurate information and support.
  • Supporting onboarding and orientation of new team members.
  • Assisting in planning and executing HR programs and initiatives, including meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintaining employee files and assisting with time record monitoring.
  • Supporting payroll processing and resolving pay discrepancies.
