Responsibilities

• Ensure post-offer / pre-employment checks (background, licensure, drug testing, health screenings) are completed and documented.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation planning and execution.
• Maintain training records and issue certificates.
• Maintain employee files per guidelines and state requirements.
• Provide 401(k) packet and obtain acknowledgment for employee files.

Laural Parke is recruiting for a hospitality focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Human Resources Coordinator (must be Bilingual-SPANISH):

• Ensure that Corporate and state requirements for completion of all post offer / pre- employment checks (criminal background, abuse and licensure checks, drug testing, health/communicable disease screenings) are requested and completed (prior to the employee’s start date) and documented in the employee’s personnel file.
• Assist with planning and preparation of New Hire Orientation(s) with the community leadership team and with new hires.
• Maintain employees’ training records and prepares training certificates.
• Maintain employee files according to company guidelines and state requirements.
• Provide all eligible new hires with 401(k) packet and obtain the acknowledgement of receipt for employee file.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
