Job summary

Uline in Florida Naples fulfillment center is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support recruiting and onboarding. You will schedule interviews, conduct pre-employment assessments, manage HR inquiries, and provide bilingual support for new hires in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR/admin experience, plus strong communication and customer service skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field is a must.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
