Job summary

Dorsey College seeks a Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition to support the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and communicate with applicants throughout the process.

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will help with HR programs, benefits administration, and accuracy of records in Workday, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting, or related area.
  • Experience supporting the full recruitment lifecycle preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/recruiting systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure required onboarding activities are completed.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and tracking of open positions, candidates, and hiring activity.
  • Maintain accurate and organized personnel and recruitment records.
  • Respond to employee and candidate questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR resource.
  • Assist with HR projects, employee communications, training, benefits, and other administrative activities as needed.

Position Summary

The HR Coordinator – Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting and coordinating the full recruitment and hiring process for Dorsey College. This role has a strong focus on talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding support. The position also provides general HR administrative support and assists with HR programs and initiatives.
