As theHR Coordinatorat EEG, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding new hires into ADP Workforce Now
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Create compliant job descriptions and job postings.
  • Respond to unemployment claims.
  • Administer employee Income Withholding Orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll.
  • Support all personnel requests and changes and ensure paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner with approval by department heads.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Retrieve HR-related reports and analytics.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental processes.
  • Process Workers Compensation claims.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience with ADP.
  • Basic understanding of HR laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive team member information with discretion.
