Job summary

Oklahoma's Credit Union is seeking a full-time HR Recruiter/Coordinator at our Capitol Branch in Oklahoma City. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes while maintaining compliant employee records and confidentiality.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver reports, manage I-9 and E-Verify, and help employees navigate onboarding and policy information. A strong customer-service mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Two years HR experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting by phone screens, interviews, and maintaining records.
• Track candidate status in HRIS and communicate through the recruiting process.
• Assist applicants and employees with recruiting and onboarding questions.
• Provide leadership team with recruiting and additional reports.
• Complete I-9 forms, submit in E-Verify and maintain I-9 files.
• Participate in HR presentations and policy overviews.
• Maintain up-to-date employee files and benefits information.
• Process onboarding and offboarding checklists.
• Support team engagement and retention activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of member and team information and ensure policy compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support recruiting by conducting phone screens, assisting with interviews and maintaining records.
• Track status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up communication through the entirety of the recruiting process.
• Assist applicants and employees with recruiting and onboarding questions.
• Provide leadership team with recruiting and additional reports.
• Complete Forms I-9, submit in E-Verify and maintain separate I-9 files.
• Participate in NEO presentation, covering HRIS overview and Personnel Policy.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files.
• Update employee information in the vision benefits system.
• Complete checklists for onboarding, offboarding and employee changes.
• Participate in team member engagement, retention processes and activities.
• Ensure confidentiality regarding member and team transactions and information.
• Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Two years of HR experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
