Hours & Pay:


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1st Shift)


Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do:


As the Human Resources Coordinator, you'll serve as both an HR powerhouse and the friendly face of the front office. Your dual role will include:


HR Responsibilities:



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and onboard new hires

  • Oversee benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment laws

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with performance management processes

  • Support leadership with employee relations and company policy implementation

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture


Front Desk Responsibilities:



  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming experience

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications

  • Handle mail distribution, office supply inventory, and deliveries

  • Provide administrative support across departments as needed

What You Bring to the Table:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of HR experience; experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Polished interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
