Job summary

Yurbban Hospitality Group in Miami Beach is seeking a proactive Human Resources professional to coordinate HR processes and enhance the employee experience. The role supports culture, compliance, and workforce programs across the organization.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and training initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and retention while fostering teamwork and a strong, people-first environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Languages: Spanish and English bilingual.

Responsibilities

  • Perform HR management procedures ensuring company standards are met.
  • Manage recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, reference checks, and contract preparation.
  • Maintain and update employee documentation in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Partner with department managers to develop recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, agencies, and recruitment partners.
  • Execute onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage disciplinary policies and related procedures.
  • Prepare reports on general HR activity.
  • Support payroll processes and HR-related projects.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve hiring efficiency and reduce turnover.
  • Administer employee benefits and welfare plans.
