Transdev in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist to support full-cycle recruiting and HR duties with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role includes onboarding, payroll, benefits education, and compliance tasks. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• College coursework in a related field is preferred.

Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist

Transdev in Knoxville, TN , is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist .

Human Resources supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other

HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are

dedicated to safety.

Transdev is proud to offer:

• Competitive compensation package of minimum $23.00/hour - maximum $28.50/hour

Benefits include :

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

• Sick days: 5 days

• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System - Jobvite

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• College course work in a related field is preferred.
• Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements :

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
