Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, business or public administration, finance, budgeting, communications, or a closely related degree supplemented by three (3) years of experience in grant writing in a variety of types of grant programs, or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations.

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Must speak, read, and write in the English language.
