Georgia Tech is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR department with administrative tasks and services for operational effectiveness. You will review hiring requests, coordinate onboarding, respond to HR policy inquiries, and maintain employee records.
The role emphasizes interpersonal communication, adherence to HR policies, and accurate documentation using HR software and office tools. A related degree and relevant experience are required or preferred as noted.
The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and provide services to support the effective operations of the organization’s HR department.
This job requires a working knowledge of institutional human resources policies and procedures as applied at the unit level as well as related regulations. Interpersonal skills and spoken and written communication skills are required, as is use of office and HR specialized computer applications.
