The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to our Tax Service Line, Region and ESO Leaders, aligning business objectives with people strategies across the organization. The HRBP will support the Tax practice, and provide expert guidance on workforce planning, leadership coaching and consulting, talent development, performance management, organizational design, and change management.
The pay rate ranges for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
In Chicago, IL the pay rate range is: $84,540 to $157,560.
In Minneapolis, MN the pay rate range is: $81,986 to $141,770.
In Dallas, TX the pay rate range is: $81,986 to $141,770.
In Milwaukee, WI the pay rate range is: $72,000 to $143,240.
