As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Boutique & Wholesale Retail employee population and provide general support to parts of the PCD Commercial population. This role involves developing and executing HR initiatives across talent management, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee relations. You will partner with the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, to implement programs that attract, coach, develop, and manage the organization's talent pool, while evaluating the effectiveness of talent processes.
