We are looking for an experienced human resource business partner to support and execute our people initiatives, provide excellent internal HR support, and improve HR processes. Candidates should be charismatic public speakers, friendly, creative, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in call center operations or client services is preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

What does someone in this role do?

This role partners with team leaders to implement HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and engagement. They will own programs across various HR processes, understanding business priorities and translating them into value-added work. The ideal candidate identifies problems and drives solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR support in partnership with operations
  • Collaborate with remote HR teams and managers on HR issues and initiatives
  • Recommend effective HR strategies based on business goals
  • Monitor employee engagement proactively, including remote interactions
  • Respond to macro-economic and fiscal changes in the work environment
  • Innovate HR solutions and improve processes
  • Drive employee relations, retention, and reward programs
  • Manage high-volume workload and multiple priorities
  • Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of HR business partner experience (may include operations)
  • Some undergraduate education

  • Time management and multi-tasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in military, government, or contact center environments
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university
