You will lead HR operations, influence leaders, manage labor relations, onboarding, and culture-building, leveraging data to inform decisions while guiding employee experience across the business.

• 5 years of management experience.

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner, Airline Lounges. Strategic HR leader supporting VPs in talent management, labor/employee relations, leadership development, culture and belonging, and change management. Union experience required.

Partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies that drive results. Analyze workforce trends, coach leaders on talent and succession planning, support RFPs, lead key stakeholder meetings, champion the employee experience, and strengthen organization.

About The Job

Bring your HR expertise to a role that’s equal parts strategy and support. In this position, you'll partner closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategies, coach teams, and ensure HR practices are aligned, compliant, and effective making a measurable impact every step of the way.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $115940 per year - $180070 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
