You will lead investigations, advise executives on performance, policy, and engagement, and drive fair labor practices while ensuring compliance and equity across the organization. This is a key leadership role with strategic impact.

This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere in the US.

Step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape the employee experience and ensure fair, compliant, and consistent workplace practices. You’ll guide labor and employee relations strategies, resolve complex issues, and foster environments where people feel respected, supported, and heard.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 - $125000

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
