Job summary

Van Kaizen seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Virginia Beach team. You’ll partner with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture and employee engagement, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, HRBP or senior HR generalist background, and strong employee relations/change-management skills.

I’m partnering with a well-established international organization that is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to join its Virginia Beach team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being both strategic advisor and hands-on partner. You’ll work directly with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent planning, culture, and complex employee relations.
