Verdantas is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategies with business goals across the United States. You will support employee relations, leave management, and organizational development while ensuring a positive workplace culture and legal compliance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and capable of partnering with leadership to drive engagement, performance, and retention in a growing, sustainable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred; 7+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS system; Workday preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate organization changes in Workday and VantagePoint.
• Provide first-level employee relations support to leaders and staff.
• Guide leave of absence processes and coordinate with Benefits Team.
• Oversee onboarding, check-ins, pulse surveys, and exit processes.
• Support performance management and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

About The Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll serve as both a tactical and HR partner between the HR function and business units. You will support business processes, employee relations, leave support and organizational development — all while driving initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention. This role is a critical connector, ensuring people strategies align with company goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about fostering a productive and inclusive work environment

Responsibilities

• Facilitating Business Processes: Initiating organization changes in Workday and VantagePoint.
• Managing Employee Relations: First level support for group leaders and department leaders, general employee inquiries, developing job descriptions and aligning career planning tools.
• Coordinating Leave Support: Provide general guidance to managers and employees on leave of absence. This is an essential bridge to the Benefits Team.
• Fostering Employee Communications: The employee life cycle – onboarding, check-ins, pulse surveys, and exit processes.
• Driving Performance Management: Supporting performance reviews, coaching line managers, and brainstorming engagement and development programs.
• Ensuring HR Compliance: Maintaining compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ADA accommodations.
• Working on Projects: Participation in special projects or committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a min of 7+ years of experience.
• Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Hands-on experience using an HRIS system, Workday is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WA, OR, CO, and/or CA state law & compliance
• Must be Pacific or Mountain time zone

Salary Range:

$90,090 - $121,905
