Avis Budget Group is hiring an Human Resources Business Partner to serve as an internal partner delivering comprehensive HR programs and solutions for the field operations location (~450 employees). You will join the HR leadership team and provide strategic and tactical HR support while onsite.

The role emphasizes union and non-union employee support, talent management design, and leadership development. On-site presence is required with a competitive starting salary and bonus eligibility.

• Hands-on Employee Relations experience, including investigations and coaching leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with HR data and trends.

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as an internal business partner, delivering comprehensive HR programs, initiatives, and solutions to the functional areas. In this role, you will be akey member of the HR leadership team and provide strategic and tactical human resources support for your assigned field operations location (~450 employees).

• Support union, non-union, management and staff in the specified departments and field locations and ensure HR compliance from both a legal and company policy perspective
• Work with management to define talent management needs to design and implement HR programs and practices e.g., organizational design, workforce development/planning, talent review, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation management, etc. that align with and support location needs and Company goals
• Facilitate leadership development and key talent retentioneffortse.g., performance management, coaching/counselling/corrective actions, employee recognition and rewards, talent review, etc.

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience,
• Hands- on Employee Relations experience, including conducting investigations, coaching leaders, and providing guidance on performance management and employment practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in leveraging HR data, workforce metrics, and trends to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive measurable improvements
• Strategic, business-focused mindset, with the ability to look beyond day to day HR activities and develop people solutions
• Proven ability to influence and partner with operational leaders, providing HR guidance while balancing employee experience and business objections.
• On-site presence is required. This position partners directly with operational leadership and employees and is not eligible for remote work.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000-$120,000, based on experience. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education,experienceand other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible fora 10% bonus + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)
