Job summary

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc. in Dodge Center, MN is seeking Assemblers to join our production team. You will assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products using safe tools and follow sales changes.

The role offers starting pay of $20–$25.48 per hour, plus pay increases every 6 months based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. A $2/hour shift differential applies to 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and understand work instructions to effectively perform job tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to learn how to operate a truck and transport materials within the facility.
• Experience reading and using hand tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products using safe and proper tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components using diagrams.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 6S standards and safety procedures.
• Identify defects and support corrective actions to align configurations with sales orders.
