Next Level Business Services Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to partner with business units across the region and drive strategic HR initiatives.

The role focuses on aligning HR programs with client needs, coaching managers, and supporting organization design and performance processes. You will work with global COEs, lead workforce planning, calibration, and succession processes, and champion a culture of engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives aligned to BU or Regional Strategy.
  • Act as organizer between the HRBPs and global COEs to align HR programs with client needs.
  • Provide HR policy, process and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers.
  • Drive projects in the annual HR plan across the global HRBP team for HR initiatives.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects with cross-functional HR/Partner teams.
  • Collaborate with COEs and Ops to deliver HR programs regionally and functionally.
  • Drive communication and sharing of best practices to improve processes.
  • Identify improvements with Global People processes for sustainability/scale.
  • Act as a culture champion to drive engagement regionally and functionally.
  • Support HRBPs in strategic workforce planning, calibration, succession, organization design, change, culture.

Job description

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives aligned to the BU or Regional Strategy.
  • Act as an organizer between the HRBPs and global COEs (centers of excellence) to ensure that HR programs are aligned with internal client needs.
  • Provide HR policy, process and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers, when appropriate.
  • Drive projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HRBP team to deliver business and HR initiatives such as organization reviews; performance management process; compensation planning cycle; talent review and succession planning processes; and workforce restructurings, when applicable.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams, working on or leading projects/programs.
  • Collaborate with COEs and Ops to assist in delivering HR programs and policies in functionally and regionally relevant ways.
  • Drive communication and sharing of best practices to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Identify greater process improvements with current Global People processes in place, i.e. extensions of building out living documentation related to Global People philosophies for sustainability/scale purposes.
  • Act as a culture champion, regionally and functionally, working with leaders to drive high-levels of engagement
  • Support HRBP's to execute on:
  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Calibration and succession planning
  • Organization design, change management, and culture
  • Leadership and team development
  • Relevant workforce trends which will impact the BU
Skills:

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices
