Job summary

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, advise on employee relations, performance management, and develop workforce initiatives while ensuring compliance and confidentiality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support employee engagement, retention, recognition, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Maintain HR records, reporting, employee files, and confidential documentation.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, and other HR functions as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and organizational projects.
• Build strong relationships throughout the organization while promoting a positive workplace culture.
