VENTEON & Harvard Resource Solutions are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to work at a plant in the Nashville, TN area. You will serve as the primary HR Leader for assigned locations providing both leadership and HR support. Position is full time with PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related.
• SHRM-CP or SPHR certifications are a plus.
• 5 years of HR experience supporting a manufacturing or multi-location environment.
• Knowledge of US and Canada employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in a union environment with employee relations activities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Act as trusted HR advisor to the leadership team.
• Conduct Employee Relations activities including investigations and actions.
• Work with HR team to recruit, select, and onboard employees.
• Provide support for HR operations.
• Ensure legal compliance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Champion a high performing workplace culture where employees feel safe and valued.

PAY: $90,000 - $100,000 annual based on education and experience level.

• 5 years of HR experience supporting a manufacturing (or industrial) plant or multi location environment.
• Knowledgeable in US and Canada employment laws and regulations.
