The primary purpose of the Human Resources Business Partner position is to provide strategic HR consultation and operational support to assigned client areas. This role influences leadership decisions, ensures compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards, and leads initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor, driving solutions that support institutional priorities and workforce needs.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with extensive experience in strategic HR business partnering, compliance, and accreditation. They demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in HR systems such as PeopleSoft, and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. This candidate is adaptable, solutions-focused, and skilled in policy development, workforce planning, and change management.
The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday, standard business hours.
Hourly breakdown of salary range: Minimum $59.13 - Midpoint $74.04 - Maximum $88.94
